Is Bear Loan legit? Yes — and here's how to verify it yourself.
Bear Loan is a real U.S. loan-connection service. We don't lend money, we don't charge you a fee, and every lender we match you with is licensed in your state. This page shows you exactly what to check so you never have to take our word for it.
The short answer
Bear Loan is a legitimate loan-connection service — not a lender, and not a scam. We collect one request, run a soft credit check, and send it to licensed lenders who show you their full terms before you sign. You pay us nothing.
What Bear Loan is — and what it isn't
Most confusion about "bear loan" comes from the name being used by unrelated companies. Here is the plain version.
We are
- A U.S. online loan-connection service at bearloanscashadvances.com
- A single request form sent to a network of state-licensed lenders
- Free to use, with no obligation to accept any offer
- Reachable at [email protected], seven days a week
We are not
- A direct lender — we never hold your money or set your rate
- A storefront, pawn shop or title lender
- A mobile app with a subscription or "credit monitoring" fee
- Related to Cash Loans Bear, Lending Bear, Bear Stearns or any other "bear" brand

7 ways to verify you're on the real Bear Loan
Takes two minutes. If any of these fails, close the tab.
- Check the address bar. It reads
https://bearloanscashadvances.comwith a padlock. We never operate from another domain. - No fee is requested before an offer. If a page asks for a payment, deposit or card "to verify", it isn't us.
- Emails come only from @bearloanscashadvances.com. Free-mail addresses or look-alike domains are a red flag.
- The lender is named before you sign. Your agreement shows the lender's legal name, license and contact details.
- APR and total cost are on the agreement. Truth in Lending rules require it; a lender that hides them isn't licensed.
- Nobody rushes you. You can decline any offer at no cost. Pressure to "sign in the next 10 minutes" is a scam signal.
- Support answers from a human. Email us and you'll get a reply from a named person, not a payment link.

Legitimacy FAQ
Is Bear Loan a real company?
Yes. Bear Loan is a U.S. online loan-connection service operated at bearloanscashadvances.com (read more about Bear Loan). We send your request to licensed lenders who make the credit decision and fund the loan. We are not a lender ourselves — and you can read what borrowers say after funding.
Does Bear Loan charge a fee to apply?
No. Requesting offers is free and there is no obligation to accept any offer. If a site using our name asks for an application fee, a "credit check" fee, a deposit or a subscription, it is not us.
Will Bear Loan call me demanding a payment?
No. We never call, text or email to demand money, and we never ask for payment by gift card, wire transfer or cryptocurrency. Repayment is handled only by the lender named on your signed agreement.
Is Bear Loan the same as Cash Loans Bear or Lending Bear?
No. Several unrelated companies use the word "bear" in their name. Cash Loans Bear and Lending Bear are separate businesses with their own websites and are not affiliated with bearloanscashadvances.com.
How do I know a lender you matched me with is legitimate?
Every lender in our network is licensed to lend in the state it serves. Before you sign, the lender must show its full APR, fees, payment schedule and legal name on the agreement. You can verify a license with your state's financial regulator.
What should I do if I think I've been scammed?
Stop sending money, keep screenshots, and contact your bank. Report the site to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov and to your state attorney general. If the site used our name, email [email protected] so we can act.
